Grieser historic Suite

Since 2024 the new Grieser historic Suite complements the accommodation supply at our apple farm. The comfortable suite is located in the attic of the old farmhouse, a building under monument protection, which was last renovated in 1676.

Enjoy your holidays in our 180m2 suite with its big, bright and open rooms that provide space for up to ten people. The lounge next to the light-filled gallery invites for a relaxing reading or TV session and from the sheltered balcony you can enjoy an amazing view.

The suite offers 5 separate bedrooms with a double bed, TV (in two of the four bedrooms), radio and safe. Three bathrooms are available with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer; one of the bathrooms also offers a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen unit, induction stove, dish washer, fridge with freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils and a big dining table.

Apart from the amazing view and the bright rooms, the highlights of our Grieser historic Suite are the floors made of local chestnut wood in the living areas as well as the premium solid wood furniture. Sustainable construction and the use of local materials characterize the renovation of the attic. The old stone walls were incorporated in the architecture of the suite and hereby add to the comfortable feeling of this accommodation.

Prices

300,00 € – 350,00 €

All prices are for an occupancy by two people per day and for a minimum stay of 7 nights and include cleaning, energy and other utilities.
For each additional person we will compute a surcharge of € 25.00 per day. 20.00 € for children up to 14 years.

We calculate a residence tax of € 2,00 (per night) for guests under 14 years.
This levy is not included in the prices and can only be paid on the spot.

In our house smoking is not permitted.

On day of arrival, the apartments are available at 14:00.
Please contact us, if you arrive after 18:00.
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartments until 10:00, in order to allow other guests a smooth arrival.
We prefer arrivals and departures on Saturdays.
The apartments are rented all year.
Even short stays are available upon request.
From the moment of the deposit (400 Euro), the apartment is reserved for you.
The balance can be paid or remitted on site bar. We can only accept cash payments up to a total amount of € 1,999.99.
Please understand that we do not accept credit and debit cards.

We are sure that you will be very happy on your vacation. However, should an unforeseen circumstance disturb your arrival, you have to accept the following conditions:

• You can cancel up to three months before your arrival (free).
• From three months to two weeks before the arrival we cannot refund the deposit of € 400.
• Over the last two weeks before arrival, the cancellation is 100% of the price.

Please note that due to our freedom of contract, we generally refrain from renting our vacation apartment to party groups or bachelor parties. This decision is based on the fact that the apartment is located in our parental home and we strive to ensure a quiet and harmonious environment for our guests and neighbors.

We would kindly ask you to take this into consideration when making your booking. Any events with increased noise levels are not permitted in order to preserve the peace and privacy of our surroundings.
